Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Creepy Mugs order. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

Return window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return.

Condition

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned unused and in their original, resellable condition. Once your return reaches us, we inspect it to confirm it meets this standard before a refund is issued.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@creepymugs.com with your order number and the item you would like to return, and we will send you the return instructions. Please contact us before shipping anything back.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, since we are unable to refund an item that does not arrive back to us.

Your refund

Once we receive your return and confirm it is in resellable condition, we refund the purchase price of the item to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is not reimbursed. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If we made a mistake with your order, or your item arrived damaged in transit, we will make it right at no additional cost to you. Contact us within the 30-day window with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will refund or replace it, including any shipping involved.  Please take photos of any damaged packaging that we can use with a claim to the carrier.
