Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you in good shape and with no surprises. Here is how shipping works at Creepy Mugs.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only and are not shipping internationally at this time. If you are outside the U.S. and would like one of our pieces, we may be able to route your order through our Etsy store. Contact us at hello@creepymugs.com and we will see what we can do.

Order processing time

Many of our pieces are made to order or sold as limited pre-orders, so processing time is separate from shipping time. Our handmade Deneen Pottery mugs are produced after you order, and our printed designs are finished by hand in our Arizona shop. The expected processing or ship window is listed on each product page, so you always know what to expect before you buy. Pre-order items ship on the date noted on their product page.

Shipping rates (United States)

• Standard shipping is a flat $9.95 on orders up to $70.
• Orders over $70 ship free with standard shipping.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout at the buyer's cost.

Delivery times

Shipping time begins once your order leaves our facility, not when the order is placed. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are estimates only, not guarantees. Once a package is in the carrier's hands, delivery speed and any transit issues are outside our control.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Carriers occasionally run late or misroute a package, and that portion of the journey is the carrier's responsibility. If your tracking stalls or a package appears to be missing, contact us at hello@creepymugs.com and we will help you open a claim with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, that is covered under our Returns & Refunds policy, and we will make it right.
