Our mugs and drinkware are handmade and, in many cases, made to order in small, limited runs. Because each piece is finished by hand, slight variation in glaze, finish, and color is normal and is not considered a defect. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and correct pricing or product errors at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product details and colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
